Scroll through the schedule by any number of days so that there is a “sliding” time window.
Simply press the Scroll
displayed range backward 
and Scroll displayed range
forward 
buttons in
Dates | Date Range Tools.
For example, set the number of "days to scroll by" to 30 to scroll a month at a time; or to 7 to scroll a week at a time.
When scrolling, the starting and ending date of the schedule is changed by the number of days specified.

Click the Yearly/Monthly/Fiscal Year Settings... option.

Under Calendar Range Scrolling, enter a value for Working days to scroll with Shift+PageUp/PageDn.
