Generate reports on data embedded in symbols, overall schedule data, and earned value calculations.
Generate a report by selecting Tools | Reports
Each report can be copied to the clipboard for pasting into another program for printing.
Symbol Reports:

Symbol Notes Report - displays data for each symbol which contains text in its symbol notes field, including the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date, and the text of the symbol Notes. Optionally, data from one to all schedule columns may be included, and hidden rows may be ignored if needed.

Symbol to Symbol Links Report - displays data for each symbol which has an outgoing link to another symbol (used for symbol linking), including the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date, the name of the symbol to which it is linking, and the full path to the file containing the named symbol.

Symbol Names Report - displays data for each symbol which has a target name (used for symbol linking), including the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date, and the symbol's link target name as found under the Symbol Links tab.

Symbol Tags - displays data for each symbol which has an automation tag, including the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date, text and automation tag text.

Symbol Attributes - displays data for each symbol which has either a hyperlink, note, outgoing link, name, or tag. The information displayed includes the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date, and the symbol's attributes.

Symbol Type - for each symbol on the schedule, this report displays the row number, symbol number on the row, toolbox symbol number and symbol type (normal, baseline, status or comment.)

Symbol ValueSets - for each symbol on the schedule, shows whether or not the symbol has a ValueSet entry. If the symbol has one or more ValueSet value assigned to it, the ValueSet number and value are shown. Note that this applies only to Type 4 (symbol) ValueSets.

Symbol Vertical Links - shows whether or not each symbol on the schedule has a vertical link either incoming or outgoing. For each symbol with a link, the incoming row, symbol and type are shown. If there is an outgoing link then the outgoing row, symbol and type are shown.

Symbol Type Usage - for this report, select up to 12 toolbox symbols. As the symbols are selected, the total number of symbols of that type are shown.

Hyperlinks Report - displays data for each symbol or task row which has a hyperlink, including the task row on which the symbol appears, the symbol's ordinal placement from left to right along the task row, the symbol's date and the full path to the hyperlinked file.

Holiday Report - displays holiday information, including whether holidays are global or embedded, and the dates and number of holidays.
Earned Value Reports:

Estimate at Completion - shows each type of EAC as a bar graph, including "Overrun to Date" method, "Cumulative CPI" method, and "CPIxSPI" method of EAC Calculation.
