Show symbols above or below the bar

Question:

How do I add a downward pointing triangle, arrow or other symbol to the toolbox so that when added, it adds the milestone below or above the bar? I want to have a bar with several milestones above it but may also want to show milestones below the bar.

Look # 1:	Set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and bar type #5 for the bar. For the triangles, use symbol symbol shape #108 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to One Level Up from Middle.

Look # 2:	Set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and bar type #19 for the bar. For the triangles, use symbol symbol shape #1 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to Middle of Row.

Look # 3:	Set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and bar type #19 for the bar. For the triangles, use symbol symbol shape #108 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to Middle of Row.

Look # 4:	Set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #3 (line pattern #4 to get the thicker line) for both symbols and bar type #19 for the bar. For the arrows, use symbol symbol shape #68 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to Middle of Row.

Look # 5: :	Set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and bar type #19 for the bar. For the dark blue down arrows, use symbol symbol shape #13 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to 1 Level up from middle. For the light blue down arrows, use symbol symbol shape #13 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to 2 Levels up from middle. For the gray up arrows, use symbol symbol shape #12 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to 1 Levels down from middle.

Look # 6:	For the black (current schedule) bar, set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and set the Vertical Symbol Position to Middle of Row. Use bar type #20 for the bar. For the maroon (baseline schedule) bar, set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and set the Vertical Symbol Position to Middle of Row. Use bar type #10 for the bar. For the triangles, use symbol symbol shape #108and set the Vertical Symbol Position to 1 Level up from middle.

Look # 7:	Set up a symbol bar symbol combination in the toolbox. Use symbol shape #28 for both symbols and bar type #23 for the bar. For the down pointing triangles, use symbol symbol shape #48 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to 1 Level up from middle. For the up pointing triangles, use symbol symbol shape #47 and set the Vertical Symbol Position to 1 Level down from middle. Symbol notes are used in this example.
