Two Colors for Symbol Text

Question:

Is it possible to use two different colors at the same time in symbol text?

My symbol text is color coded to show which organization is responsible for each activity. Responsibility is shared for some activities. I'd like to make the text half green and half blue. Is there a way to do that?

Answer:

Symbol text can be colored line by line. Symbol notes offer additional options.

Color individual symbol text lines

Select the symbol. The toolbar changes to Current Object: Symbol.
In the Text tab, select Text Overrides for each line, as shown:
