Project to Milestones Wizard - Make a swimlane chart

Several coded formats are available in Milestones Professional.  Five of these formats (Dynamic Rollup, Coded Gantt, Coded Finish Dates, Coded Presentation Timeline and Coded Symbols with slips) use the same coding mechanism.

Coded Symbols With Slips

 

Step 1: Code the Microsoft Project Schedule

Step 2: Produce the coded schedule

This format will display Microsoft Project tasks' finish dates and baseline finish dates with a slip bar between symbols for task that are not complete.

This format can be refreshed.
